The famous theory of figure right to the Jesus
The famous conspiratorial statement is that the figure to the right of Jesus, turned in the direction of Peter, standing to his right, is actually Mary Magdalene, not John.
The theory cites the feminine (girl-like) appearance of this figure as an obvious evidence that Leonardo was intending to paint was a woman, rather than a man.
Those who believe in this theory cites some opinions which I believe that it cannot be, because I found facts to disarm that theory.
Facts which cracks the theory
As I said before what made me write this whole article was the novel "The Da Vinci Code"written by Dan Brown. It made me look the painting in a different perspective. So if something I write here seems like an offense to you, please accept my apologies.
Mysterious letter "M"
The theorists who produce this theory argue on a basis that the "V" shape is, intentionally kept between Jesus and the figure by da Vinci, to make a letter, which is in alphabet, to appear. Try to find yourself. Imagine the figure and Jesus as two lines connected with "V"(Figure A). What is it? If you say "M", yeah that's it, which probably used to express a word."Mary" or "Matrimonio"(I'm sure its not "Marriage" because I doubt whether Leonardo knew English), either of it. Nobody is sure which is.
Peter's attitude toward the figure
Well. I am not a christian. So I don't know the Peter's attitude toward Mary. But I have heard that it is not a good attitude. Look at figure B. What do you find. Look closely the left hand of Peter. As i saw it I think the pode derive something like a threatening(what anything else will a pose of cutting neck explain?).

Facts which cracks the theory
- If you are familiar with Leonardo’s paintings, you might’ve noticed that he often draw youthful male figures in a feminine appearance.
- Historians prove that Leonardo intended to include Jesus and his 12 disciples to the “Last Supper”. So if it is Mary and not John, the number of disciples included in the painting will be reduced up to 11, which contradicts with bible as the writings say "He [Jesus] sat down with the 12".
- If Leonardo intended to draw a female why would he draw the figure with male clothing? Historians are able to certify they are male clothing.
