Does shaving help facial hair grow
Well there are many reasons made me write this article. The most troubling one was my own curiosity. I think many of you might be also wondering is this fact true. The facts I produce below are things I gained with my own researches including references too. Here I totally consider upon androgens (male) hair, Hope you’ll enjoy it.
- Hair consist of dead cells. That’s why you feel nothing if somebody, or you yourself cut your hair.
- Growth of hair is completely depends on genetics and hormones (mostly on your testosterone level) which develops with puberty.
- Shaving your hair makes the ends or points of your hairs become blunt instead of soft. So it feels rougher. That’s because with the shaving your hair’s thickness will increase.
- So in the beginning, if you had one square centimeter of your face, with 300 hairs each 0.2 mm, after a period of time of shaving, the hairs in that same area will surely be thickened, lets say it increased its thickness up to 0.3 mm and, thus will appear darker and rougher than before, which will absolutely lead you to think that you have hair grown more than before.
